QUESTION: How long does it take to process my Permit To Carry/ Permit To Transport/ Release of Firearms and License?
ANSWER: Normally this licenses and permits would only take seven (7) working days but this timeframe may vary sometimes depending on situations at the Firearms Explosive Office at Camp Crame. Just contact us for the status of your papers and further information.
QUESTION: Do you accept Online transaction?
ANSWER: Our Online transaction refers only to the submission of requirements via our email including payment to our BDO account. The purpose is just to facilitate things and speed up the transactions.
QUESTION: What Banking institution do we utilize for the payment of or firearm purchases?
ANSWER: Our bank is BDO SM Cubao Branch SA# 00160718368.
QUESTION: What are the things that I should send through E-mail?
ANSWER: For Firearm purchase, send us the scanned images of at least 2 valid Government ID, including your latest ID picture through our email. Then proceed to a BDO bank for the payment. Scan the deposit slip and send to us via email.

How to buy a Gun
1) Identify the unit that you want to purchase. Take note of the brand, exact model and description,
(e.g. KIND/MAKE/MODEL/CALIBER).
2) Contact us to check the availability of stocks, you can reach us thru:

Upon confirmation of the availability of the unit, you can..
3) Place your order or proceed to our office for further transaction and payment. Provide all the requirements needed.

then send it through e-mail or bring it to our office.
4) Pay directly to our sales personnel in our offices or through our BDO Bank Account.
* If payment is deposited through our bank account, notify us so we could inform you the account number. Then scan the deposit slip and send to us via e-mail.
5) Notification and pickup of order. Upon notification by text, call, or e-mail, you may pick-up your orders at our store.
Your orders may normally be picked-up within 15 to 20 working days. To claim your items, please present the sales receipt or any identification card, authorization letter will be necessary if it will be claimed by any person other than you.
*New: License Card will be delivered to you by a courier.
*Note: Processing period will vary during GUN BAN. It may take a month or two to be able to claim your Firearm & License Card.
6) Delivery Options: Should be those shipped via Cebu Pacific or Zest Air only. You can opt to have your orders delivered to you by courier for an additional fee of Php 1,000.00.
* This is very ideal for customers outside Metro Manila. You have to notify us if you want to opt for delivery at the time of your order so we can add the cost of delivery to your total billing.
