3. Notify us upon payment. Contact No. 227-5561 | 0915 481 1346 | 0917 312 3286 . A confirmation message will be sent to you.
4. You will receive text message/call/e-mail from us notifying you that the License Card/PTC is for delivery. A courier authorized by FEO will deliver the License Card/PTC to your home address.
PROCEDURE
Firearm License Card is issued by the PNP that allows the licensee to buy, own, possess, and use firearm only with in the vicinity of the address provided. It is often subject to a number of conditions or restrictions, especially with regards the completion of a firearms safety course and tests.

FIREARM LICENSE | Purchase a Firearm
Transfer of Firearm License Card is issued by the PNP that allows the licensee to sell his/her firearm and transfer the ownership to a buyer. Deed of sale is a very important.

PERMIT TO TRANSPORT | PTT (ON HOLD)
Permit To Transport is authorized to a person by the government to carry a licensed firearm without PTC in travelling a firearm to a specified purpose such as shooting competition.

Permit To Carry Firearm Outside of Residence is a written authority issued to any person by the government of the Philippines which entitles such person to carry his licensed or lawfully issued firearms outside of residence for the duration and purpose specified therein.
